Overall this is a good product. I was especially satisfied with the technical support over the phone. The one negative thing is that on a Mac the program often freezes (especially if you momentarily loose internet connection) and you have to completely restart your computer in order to use the internet again. It is a bug in the program and it was VERY frustrating. However, everything else about the product was satisfactory.
