This is my second iteration of Cybersitter (10). Neither could detect AIM (AOL's instant messenging); hence, no log of my child's daily IM exchanges. When even the most minimal internet filtering is activated (limited to hacker sites), my Firefox browser crashes very frequently (turn off Cybersitter and Firefox is predictably stable). My attempts to contact customer service have been consistently ignored. They don't publish a customer service phone number; they claim to provide the number if you email them with your invoice number. I have done so a number of times and still no response. In short, it was a waste of money and source of great frustration.
